Am I affected?

Your hotel vouchers will tell you which of our hotel suppliers we used to make your holiday booking. If the voucher indicates that the supplier is YouTravel then we will be in touch with you before your holiday to confirm any changes. We are working in date order to either rebook the same hotel for our customers or look for alternative hotel options - we will be in touch closer to the date of your holiday.

 

Should I contact you about my holiday?

We are working in date order to rebook the same hotel or look for alternative options. We are contacting customers as we make those new bookings with your options. For now, we do not need to do anything until we contact you.

 

I am going on holiday in a few days and I am worried about my hotel booking?

If your hotel voucher says that your booking is through YouTravel then we will be in touch with either a new booking in the same hotel with a different supplier or some alternative hotel options for you to choose from. We are working in date order and are speaking to customers who are travelling in the coming days.

 

My holiday is tomorrow and I still haven't head anything about my holiday?

If your hotel voucher says that your booking is through YouTravel then we will be in touch with either a new booking in the same hotel with a different supplier or some alternative hotel options for you to choose from.
